Modernizace stáje - Dvůr Borčice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací historické budovy stáje na rodinném statku zaměřeném na chov koní. Cílem práce byl stavebně technologický průzkum budovy, jehož cílem bylo odhalení nedostatků, které následně během modernizace napravíme. V teoretické části diplomové práce Vás úvodem seznámím s vývojem koní, kteří se od volného pobíhání po zelených pláních, staly vlivem domestikace mnohdy vrcholovými sportovci cestujícími po celém světe. Díky tomu se i zásadně změnil a stále mění i způsob ustájení koní a požadavky na stájové budovy. Praktická část začíná stavebně technologickým průzkumem budovy. K budově se vzhledem k jejímu stáří a zaměření bohužel nedochovala žádná výkresová dokumentace, a tak musela být budova znovu zaměřena a zakreslena. Během průzkumu se ukázaly některé nedostatky budovy, ke kterým bylo následně vymyšlené vhodné řešení jejich nápravy. Nejzásadnějším nedostatkem byla statika stěny v zadní části budovy, a to trhliny v nosné zdi, která měla zároveň funkci jako opora svahu za budovou. Další nedostatky souvisely s kvalitou vnitřního prostředí v budově, a to konkrétně s větší potřebou větrání odpadního vzduchu a zlepšení míry osvětlení vnitřních prostor. Jinak je budova i přes své stáří ve velmi dobrém stavu a zcela zodpovědně plní svoji funkci a dopřává zázemí koním i lidem. Závěrem práce se zabývám doporučením pro další práce na budově, které by vedly k jejímu zhodnocení, a také celkovým shrnutím všech mnou provedených prací na modernizaci stáje.

The thesis deals with the modernization of the historical stable on a family farm focused on horse breeding. The aim of the work was a construction technology survey of the stable, which was meant to identify shortcomings that we would remedy during the modernization. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I will introduce you to the evolution of horses, who went from running free across the green plains, to become domesticated, often for top athletes to travel around the world. Thanks to this, the ways of stabling of horses and requirements for stable buildings have changed and are still changing. The practical part begins with the construction technology survey of the building. Unfortunately, due to its age and focus, no drawing documentation has been preserved, so the building had to be re-measured and drawn. Some deficiencies of the building were revealed during the survey, which were subsequently devised with a suitable solution for their remedy. The most important of these was the static one, at the rear of the building, caused by the cracks in the bearing wall, which also served as a support for the slope behind the building. Other shortcomings were related to the quality of the indoor environment in the building, namely the greater need for exhaust air ventilation and the improvement of indoor lighting. Otherwise, despite its old age, the building is in a very good condition and fulfills its function responsibly and provides facilities for horses and people. At the end of the thesis, I deal with recommendations for further work on the building, which would lead to its evaluation, as well as an overall summary of all my work on the modernization of the stable.
