Rekonstrukce historické budovy z 18. století

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit skutečný stav historické budovy z 18. století v Jenišovicích, provést zjednodušený stavebně technický průzkum objektu zaměřený na vybrané stavebně-technické problémy, návrh vybraných sanačních opatření. Zjednodušený stavebně technický průzkum byl zaměřen zejména na vzlínající vlhkost a analýzu statických poruch v nosných konstrukcích – klenbách a nosných zdí. Návrh sanačních opatření se zabývá právě těmito poruchami s ohledem na památkovou ochranu objektu.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the real status of a historical building from 18th century in Jenišovice, to make simplified construction and technical survey focused on selected structural and technical problems, to create proposal of selected remediation arrangement. Simplified construction and technical survey was focused on raising damp and analysis of static defects in the supporting structures - vaults and defects in the bearing walls. The proposal of remediation measures is concerned with these failures with regard to historic preservation of the building.
