Abstract

Stavebně technologický projekt – Polyfunkční domy Žižkov V diplomové práci autor řeší stavebně technologický projekt výstavby polyfunkčních domů Žižkov. Projekt se skládá ze dvou víceúčelových domů. Objekt „A“, který je násobně větší je zpracován podrobněji. Cílem práce je řešení stavby z hlediska prostorové, technologické a časové struktury. Autor zpracovává především časový plán výstavby, nasazení hlavních stavebních strojů, nasazení pracovních sil, soupisy a postupy prací. Řeší zařízení staveniště, dopravní cesty ke staveništi a jednotlivé fáze výstavby polyfunkčních domů. Stavebník nevybral generálního dodavatele, ale použil smluvní vztah „cost plus fee“. Autor se zabývá posouzením tohoto vztahu z hlediska stavebníka. Vstupním podkladem je veškerá projektová dokumentace a vlastní zkušenosti z výstavby z pozice technický dozor investora.

Construction-technology design – Multifunctional Buildings Zizkov The subject of this Master‘s Thesis is Construction-Technology project of the Multifunctional Buildings Zizkov. The project consists of two polyfunctional buildings. Object “A”, which is several times bigger, is processed in more detail. The aim of this Thesis is to solve the construction in terms of spatial, technological and chronological structure. The author mainly elaborates the construction time schedule, deployment of the main construction machines, workforce deployment, inventory and procedures of work. It solves a construction site plant and equipment, transport routes to the construction site and individual phases of construction of the multifunctional buildings. Investor did not select any general contractor, but used the contract type „cost plus fee“. The author describes this relationship from the perspective of the investor. The used data are complete project documentation and personal in-situ experience while working as a technical supervision of the investor.
