Abstract

Autor se zabývá identifikací problematiky územně plánovací činnosti v rámci areálů. Konkrétně se pak zabývá zpřehledněním problematiky územní studie areálu, stavu a rozvoje inženýrských prvků a další prvků technické infrastruktury. Praktická část se zabývá areálem Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Dále se práce zabývá zpřehledněním možností řešení zjištěných nedostatků (především u inženýrských sítí) v technické infrastruktuře a územně plánovací činnosti a možnostmi jejich nápravy pomocí užití bezvýkopových technologií. Součástí práce je SWOT analýza a závěrečné shrnutí.

The author deals with the identification of spatial planning activities in the areas. Specifically, it deals with the clarification of the territorial study issue of the site, the condition and development of utilities and other elements of technical infrastructure. The practical part deals with the grounds of the University Hospital in Motol. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the clarification of the solving the identified deficiencies possibilities (especially in the case of utilities) in the technical infrastructure and spatial planning activities, and the possibilities of their remedy by the use of trenchless technologies. Part of the work is SWOT analysis and final summary.
