Energeticky efektivní renovace venkovské usedlosti v Olešnici

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o energeticky efektivní renovaci venkovské usedlosti v Olešnici u Havlíčkova Brodu, která byla postavena v roce 1936. Součástí renovace je změna užívání objektu a s tím spojené dispoziční úpravy respektující charakter historického objektu. Jedním z hlavních cílů je návrh energeticky úsporných opatření vedoucích k optimalizaci kvality obálky budovy a systémů TZB. Tato opatření vedou ke splnění normových požadavků, zlepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy a snížení provozních nákladů. Kombinace jednotlivých variant opatření jsou posouzeny z hlediska energetické náročnosti. Práce se také zabývá laboratorním průzkumem vlhkého zdiva, návrhem sanace zdiva a statickým posouzením dřevěného krovu. Součástí práce je prověření možnosti využití finančních prostředků z dotačních programů. Výsledkem jsou návrhy možných cest renovace, které můžou být majiteli objektu nápomocné při samotném rozhodování o renovaci.

The thesis deals with energetically efficient renovation of a country homestead built in 1936 and situated in Olešnice near Havlíčkův Brod. Part of the renovation is a change of usage of the building and related alterations of the layout while the historic character of the building is taken into consideration. One of the main objectives is a draft of energy saving measures resulting in optimisation of the quality of the building envelope and building services systems. These measures result in meeting the requirements of standards, improvement of the building interior and reduction in operation cost. The combinations of individual options of the measures have been assessed from the point of view of energy demands. The thesis also deals with laboratory analysis of damp brickwork, suggestion for renovation of the brickwork and static review of the wooden roof frame. The thesis also reviews the possibility of utilising funds from grants. The results are suggestions of possible ways of renovation, which can be useful for the owner of the building when making the decision about the renovation.
