Průzkum bývalé továrny v Nuslích, průzkum a návrh sanace továrního komína

Abstract

Hlavním bodem této diplomové práce je vypracování stavebně technického průzkumu vybraných objektů bývalé továrny na zrcadla se zaměřením na tovární komín. V rámci práce bude také provedeno laboratorní měření. Pomocí gravimetrické metody bude zjištěna hmotnostní vlhkost odebraných vzorků. U čtyř vzorků bude také proveden chemismus pro určení přítomnosti solí. Na základě výsledků laboratorního měření bude určen zdroj vlhkosti v konstrukci a posléze navrženo konkrétní řešení sanace. Na závěr bude vypracován návrh nového využití továrního komína a bývalé kotelny.

The main point of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of structural and technical survey of selected objects of the former mirror factory with a focus on the factory chimney. Laboratory works will be performed in this thesis as well. The weight moisture of the selected samples will be detected by using the gravimetric method. To determine the presence of salt the chemistry method will be also performed on four samples. The source of moisture in the construction will be determined based on the results of laboratory measurements. The specific redevelopment solution will be designed thereafter. Finally, a draft for a new use of the factory chimney and the former boiler room will be elaborate.
