Analýza péče o zaměstnance a zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

Téma mé bakalářské práce spadá do oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, a právě lidské zdroje jsou základním faktorem úspěšnosti firem. Získat a udržet kvalitní pracovní potenciál je pro organizaci klíčové. Proto organizace musí do lidského kapitálu in-vestovat a náležitě péči o pracovníky zkvalitňovat. Cílem této bakalářské práce by-lo analyzovat péči o zaměstnance a zaměstnanecké benefity v konkrétní společ-nosti z oblasti zdravotnictví, zjistit případné nedostatky a pokusit se navrhnout zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy benefitů a jejich využití, dále péče o zaměstnance, včetně pracovní doby, pracovního prostředí, personálního rozvoje, bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika sledované společnosti, pracovně-právní nároky a pracovní podmínky jejích za-městnanců a poskytovaná péče o zaměstnance na pracovišti. Pomocí dotazníko-vého šetření byla získána data od zaměstnanců, z nichž vyplývá, že ve sledované organizaci je péče o zaměstnance dostačující a zaměstnanci jsou s benefity spo-kojeni. Organizace byla s výsledky šetření seznámena a bylo ji navrženo několik nových žádaných benefitů.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is in the area of human resources management, and it is precisely human resources that are the key factor for the success of com-panies. Gaining and maintaining a high-quality job potential is crucial for the or-ganization. That is why organizations need to invest in human capital and improve the care for employees. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the care of employees and employee benefits in a particular health care company, to find out any shortcomings and to try to propose improvement. The theoretical part de-scribes the types of benefits and their use, further care for employees, including working hours, work environment, personnel development, occupational safety and health protection. The practical part describes the characteristics of the moni-tored company, the legal rights and working conditions of its employees and the care provided to the employees in the work place. Using the questionnaire survey, data were obtained from employees, which show that the care for employees is sufficient and the employees are satisfied with the benefits in the monitored or-ganization. The organization was acquainted with the survey results and several new benefits were proposed.
