Tvorba soupisu prací z informačního modelu stavby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby soupisu prací pomocí metodiky BIM a následného použití pro potřeby položkového rozpočtu. Tvorba položkového rozpočtu na bázi informačního modelu BIM není jednoznačná či standardizovaná. Diplomová práce popisuje možný způsob využívající identifikačního kódu. Metoda využívající identifikačního kódu byla v diplomové práci prakticky aplikovaná a byl vytvořen oceněný soupis prací. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce je nejen popsání a demonstrování metody využívající identifikační kódy, ale také její srovnání s tradiční manuální metodou pro tvorbu soupisu prací.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematic of creating an bill of quantities using the BIM methodology and subsequent use for the needs of the budget. BIM information budgeting is not unambiguous or standardized. The diploma thesis describes a possible way using an identification code. The method using an identification code is practically applied in the thesis and valuated bill of quantities was created. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is not only to describe and demonstrate the method using identification codes, but also to compare it with the traditional manual method for creating bill of quantities.
