Analýza a vyhodnocení efektivity zavedení logistiky ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Cílem práce je posouzení efektivnosti zavedení specializovaného logistického oddělení, a to v největší stavební společnosti v tuzemsku, kterou je Metrostav a.s. Zhodnocení je provedeno pro konkrétní zakázku vůči původnímu stavu bez logistického oddělení. Teoretická část definuje základy logistiky v obecném pojetí, charakterizuje specifika ve stavebnictví a v závěru se věnuje vysvětlení výpočtů, které jsou aplikovány v praktické části. V části praktické je následně podrobně popsán stav ve stavebním podniku bez logistického střediska a s ním a pro každou variantu je zjištěn nezbytně nutný měsíční náklad. Náklady obou variant jsou v závěru porovnány a výstupem práce je doporučení, zda je z hlediska stavebního podniku efektivní logistické středisko implementovat.

The aim of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the introduction of a specialized logistics department in the largest construction company in the Czech Republic, Metrostav a.s. The evaluation is carried out for a specific order against the original state without logistic separation. The theoretical part defines the basics of logistics in general, characterizes the specifics in the construction industry and at the end it explains the calculations that are applied in the practical part. The practical part then describes in detail the situation in the construction company without a logistics center and with it and for each variant, the necessary monthly cost is determined. The costs of both variants are compared at the end and the output of the work is a recommendation whether it is effective from the point of view of the construction company to implement a logistics center.
