Normování spotřeby času stavebních prací

Abstract

Cílem této práce je normování spotřeby práce. Na stavbě byl pořízen videozáznam vybraných činností. Vybranými činnostmi je zdění základové zdi ze ztraceného bednění, provedení svislé hydroizolace, montáž keramického obkladu a dlažby. Ze záznamu byly následně vytvořeny snímky pracovního dne a vypočten podíl jednotlivých časů. Z normovatelného času byla vypočtena norma spotřeby času, která byla porovnána s hodnotami z cenových soustav v rozpočtářských programech.

The aim of this work is to standardize labor consumption. A video recording of selected activities was made at the construction site. Selected activities are: masonry foundation wall from permanent formwork, vertical waterproofing and installation of ceramic tiles. Images of the working day were then taken from the record and the proportion of each time was calculated. The norm of time consumption was calculated from the normable time, which was compared with the values from the price systems in the budget programs.
