Hodnocení investic pro vybraného investora

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je hodnocení investičních projektů, které se naskytly vybranému investorovi. Investiční projekty jsou zaměřeny na výstavbu bytového domu v Praze. Cílem této práce je vypracování podkladů pro rozhodnutí, na který projekt investičního projektu se zaměřit a následně jej zrealizovat. Vybrat na základě efektivnosti daných investičních projektů a jejich rizicích. Teoretická část popisuje metody, ekonomické ukazatele, které se zabývají hodnocením investic, jejich kritéria využitá při hodnocení a rizika s těmito projekty spojená. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení investora, seznámení s předrealizační a realizační části stavby. Poté jsou zde popsány dva investiční záměry na které navazuje vypracovaná analýza a to díky poznatkům nabytých v teoretické části. Na základě analýzy hodnot vycházející z propočtů, je navrženo doporučení projektu.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of investment projects that have occurred to the selected investor. Investment projects are focused on the construction of an apartment building in Prague. The aim of this work is to elaborate documents for deciding on which project of the investment project to focus and then implement it. The theoretical part describes the methods, economic indicators that deal with the evaluation of investments, their criteria used in the evaluation and the risks associated with these projects. The practical part focuses on the introduction of the investor, familiarization with the pre-implementation and implementation part of the construction. Then there are described two investment projects, which is followed by the analysis, thanks to the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part. Based on the analysis of the values based on the calculations, the project recommendation is proposed
