Specifecké charakteristiky manažerských nástrojů pro manažerské zařízení podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma "Specifické charakteristiky manažerských nástrojů pro manažerské řízení podniku" se zabývá integrační a přužnostní charakteristikou vybraných manažerských nástrojů. Mezi tyto nástroje patří: Target Costing, Activity Based Costing, Activity Based Management, Balance Scorecard, Metoda Hodinové nákladové sazby a Účelově upravená tabulka kalkulačního vzorce. V diplomové práci jsou nejprve popsány vlastnosti vybraných manažerských nástrojů a stanoveny integrační a pružnostní hlediska, na jejichž základě jsou metody hodnoceny. Výstupem je slovní hodnocení doplněné o přehlednou tabulku míry integračních schopností. Na základě zjištěných dat jsou zhodnoceny dvě výzkumné otázky a dvě hypotézy. Znění hypotéz je následující - "H1: Pro manažerský nástroj lze se-stavit seznam hledisek, která charakterizují míru jeho inte-gračních vlastností", "H2: Silnější integrační charakteristika manažerského nástroje vede k vyšší míře pružnosti manažerského nástroje". Přínosem diplomové práce je popis vybraných mana-žerských nástrojů, umožňující zvýšení jejich využitelnosti ve více oblastech a identifikace jejich integračních a pružnost-ních vlastností, díky kterým je možné zvýšit míru integrace v systému řízení.

The Master's thesis on the topic "Specific Characteristics of Managerial Tools for Enterprise Business Management" focuses on the integral and flexible character of chosen managerial tools. These tools include: Target Costing, Activity Based Costing, Activity Based Management, Balance Scorecard, Method of Hourly cost rate and a Purpose-built calculation formula table. The Master's thesis first of all describes the characteristics of chosen managerial tools and sets integrative and flexible viewpoints for their evaluation. The outcome is a verbal evaluation extended by a well-arranged table scal-ing integrative abilities. Based on the found data the two placed questions and hypotheses are evaluated. The hypotheses are following - "H1: It is possible to assemble a list of viewpoints for a managerial tool, that characterize its level of integrative qualities, ""H2: A stronger integrational characteristic of a managerial tool leads to a higher level of flexibility of that managerial tool ". The Master's thesis contributes by describing chosen managerial tools, which expands their usage in other fields and the identification of their integrative and flexible characteristics that can be used to increase the level of integration in the management system.
