Návrh zařízení pro vsakovací zkoušku

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh zařízení pro vsakovací zkoušku. Na začátku práce je vypracována rešerše způsobu stanovení koeficientu filtrace a popis principu funkce zařízení měřících propustnost. Dále je zpracována rešerše pohonů zatlačování infiltračního válce. Hlavní částí práce je konstrukční návrh měřícího zařízení včetně soupisu technických požadavků a omezení. Dále jsou pomocí MKP zkontrolována navržené konstrukce infiltračního zařízení. Součástí přílohy jsou výkresy sestav a výrobní výkresy.

This thesis is focused on design of the infiltration measuring device. On the beginning of the thesis is retrieval part and description of the principle determining the filtration coefficient and the principle of the function of devices measuring the permeability. The main part of the thesis is the design of the measuring equipment including the list of requirements and limitations. The design is checked by the FEM. Assembly and part drawings are included in the appendix.
