Úprava motoru Jawa 23 pro zvýšení výkonu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem výfuku pro motor Jawa 50 typ 23 upravený pro terénní závody. Cílem práce bylo seznámit se s problematikou výfuků dvoudobých motorů a následně v návaznosti na pravidla závodů a provedené úpravy na motoru provést návrh tvaru výfuků podle několika dostupných návodů. Dále byly tyto varianty mezi sebou porovnány. Ve druhé části práce byl vytvořen jednoduchý 1D model motoru a provedena optimalizace tvaru výfuku pro dosažení co nejlepších parametrů motoru. Cílem bylo seznámení se s 1D simulacemi a sestavení jednoduchého modelu motoru, který bude dále kalibrován a validován. Závěrem je uvedena možnost dalšího validování simulací výfuků prostřednictvím měření reálných parametrů.

This thesis deals with design of exhaust for Jawa 50 type 23 engine modified for off-road racing. The aim of the work was to get acquainted with the issue of exhausts of two-stroke engines and consequently, following the rules of the races and the modifications made to the engine, to design the shape of the exhausts according to several available instructions. Furthermore, these variants were compared with each other. In the second part of the thesis a simple 1D engine model was created and the exhaust shape was optimized to achieve the best engine parameters. The aim was to get acquainted with 1D simulations and build a simple engine model that will be further calibrated and validated. Finally, there is mentioned a possibility of further validation of exhaust simulations by measuring real parameters.
