Vrstvové technologie v elektronice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení čtenáře s technologiemi tlustých a tenkých vrstev a jejich vlastnostmi. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny definice tlusté a tenké vrstvy, dále jsou zde uvedeny materiály na jejich výrobu a s nimi spojené i jednotlivé základní technologie, postupy pro jejich realizaci a srovnání vlastností a struktur tlustých a tenkých vrstev. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření několika sad vzorků za použití různých druhů past, měření elektrických vlastností (elektrického odporu) vzorků, zkoumání jejich rozměrů, povrchu a nedokonalostí povrchu, a nakonec detailní měření reliéfu vrstev a jejich průměrné tloušťky. Vyhodnocení zmíněných měření a zkoumání je vynesení závislosti elektrického odporu na teplotních podmínkách při vytvrzování u jednotlivých vzorů, okomentování jednotlivých vad a různých rozměrů způsobených špatnou tvorbou vzorků nebo rozdílným stářím past a okomentování rozdílů, co se reliéfu a průměrné tloušťky týče v závislosti na stáří a druhu pasty.

A goal of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader with thick and thin film technologies and their characteristics. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definition of thick and thin film, materials which are used for their production, technics and procedures for their production and comparison of the properties and structure of thick and thin layers. Practical part of this thesis is focused on creating several sets of samples using several different types of thick film paste (ink), measuring electrical properties (electrical resistance) of samples, measuring size, surface and his defects and as last a detailed measurement of the relief of the layers and their average thickness. The evaluation of these measurements is: Show the dependence of the electrical resistance on the curing temperature conditions of the individual patterns, describe individual defects and different sizes of layers caused by wrong sample formation or different age of thick film paste (ink) and describe the differences in relief and average thickness of samples depending on the age and type of thick film paste (ink).
