Vývoj a výroba součásti hydroformingového lisu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj technologie výroby součásti do hydroformingového lisu. V rešeršní části je stručný popis technologie hydroformingu a použitelných nástrojových ocelí. Praktická část se zabývá návrhy technologie výroby dané součásti, programováním v softwaru Powermill 2019 a následnou výrobou součásti na zařízeních v prostorách ČVUT fakulty strojní.

This master thesis deals with the proposal production of the hydroforming press. In the theoretical part there is a brief description of the hydroforming technology and of the usable tool steels. The practical part deals with the technology design of the component, programming using the Powermill 2019 software and the subsequent production of components in the facilities at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of ČVUT.
