| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je věnována problematice hodnocení efektivity uskutečněných nákupů zdravotnických přístrojů v ČR. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat a navrhnout zásadní přístupy a metodologickou základnou pro účely hodnocení efektivity nákupů. Pro detailní analýzu efektivity nákupů zdravotnické techniky byl navrhnut nový neparametrický přístup za použití metody analýzy obalu dat, která nevyžaduje využití expertních názorů pro stanovení důležitosti kritérií hodnocení. Tento přístup byl praktický ověřen na vzorku nákupů přístrojů magnetické rezonance v letech 2014–2018. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the medical equipment procurements in the Czech Republic. The aim of this study was to discover and propose essential approaches and methodology for supporting the effective and rational acquisition of new medical equipment. A new approach for the assessment of the effectiveness of individual medical equipment purchases was proposed using a data envelopment analysis that does not require the use of expert opinions for the determination of criteria weights. This method has been proven on a sample of magnetic resonance purchases in 2014-2018. | eng |
