Rekonstrukce a sanace jezdeckých kasáren v Mostě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice sanací a rekonstrukcí budov se zaměřením na vlhkost stavebních konstrukcí a dopady vlhkosti na suterén stavby. Dále se věnuje metodám měření vlhkosti stěn, sanačním opatřením a způsobům jejich provedení na stavebních konstrukcích. Teoretická část práce obsahuje popis a definice stavebně-fyzikálních vlastností stavebních hmot, příčiny vysokého zavlhčení budov a jejich jednotlivé popisy, metody měření a následného vyhodnocení a vypracování vhodného návrhu sanace poškozených konstrukcí. Část práce se zaměřuje na stavby, které pro svou ojedinělost byly začleněny pod ochranu Národního památkového ústavu (NPÚ), s tím spojenou legislativu a případnou volbu a způsob provedení sanačních opatření. V praktické části práce jsou tyto znalosti aplikovány na konkrétním stavebním objektu. Je proveden stavební a historický průzkum stavby, zjistí se příčiny úpadku technického stavu budovy se zaměřením na daný problém, jeho zdokumentování a vypracování konkrétních řešení pro jeho odstranění. Výsledek šetření je vodítkem pro další postup prací na rekonstrukci objektu shrnutý v doporučení v závěru práce.

This diploma is devoted to the issue of rehabilitation and reconstruction of buildings with a focus on the moisture of building structures and the impact of moisture on the basement of the building. Furthermore, methods of measurement of wall moisture, remediation measures and methods of their implementation on building structures. The theoretical part contains description and definition of building-physical properties of building materials, causes of high wetting of buildings and their individual description. Methods of measurement and subsequent evaluation and elaboration of suitable design of remediation of damaged structures. Part of the thesis focuses on the buildings that were for their uniqueness included under the protection of the National Heritage Institute (NPÚ), the related legislation and whether this fact influences the choice and the way of implementing remediation measures. In the practical part of this work, this knowledge will be applied to a particular building object. Construction and historical survey of the building will be carried out, the causes of the bankruptcy of the technical condition of the building will be ascertained with a focus on a particular problem, its documentation and the development of specific solutions for its removal. The result of the survey will guide further progress of the reconstruction work, summarized in the final recommendation at the end of the thesis.
