Rozbor a studie zavedení BIM do mikropodniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem zavádění informačního modelování staveb do stavebního mikropodniku se zaměřením na pozemní stavby. Zaměřuje se na dodavatelské systémy, které rozdělují mikropodniky na tři druhy a v kontextu BIM tyto diference analyzuje. Popisuje a sestavuje postup implementace do systému podniku včetně prvních důležitých změn. Případovou studií na konkrétním mikropodniku jsou výsledky práce ověřeny a zpětně upraveny.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of building information modeling implementation in a minor construction company focusing on building construction. Said thesis is oriented towards project delivery methods which devide minor companies into three cathegories and studies their differences in context of BIM. It describes and creates a consecutive process of the implementation in a chosen company´s structure including the very first important changes. A case study of a specific minor company then consists of verification and regressive editting of results of executed work.
