Podnikatelský plán - rozvoj podnikatelského subjektu KLIMAX

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu již existující společnosti, zabývající se prodejem a montáží vzduchotechniky a klimatizace. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První, teoretická část, definuje podnikání a základní rozdíly podnikání fyzické a právnické osoby. Dále obsahuje základní informace a teoretické postupy, potřebné pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Druhá, praktická část, obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán společnosti Klimax. Účelem podnikatelského plánu je sestavení strategie prosperující společnosti, která se bude dále rozvíjet.

This bachelor thesis deals with the composition of a business plan for an already existing company, which sells and assembles airconditioning systems. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part defines entrepreneurship and basic differences between conducting business for natural and legal persons. Furthermore, it contains basic information and theoretical methods for the composition of a business plan. The second, practical part contains the business plan of the Klimax company. The objective of this business plan is to create a strategy for a prosperous company, which would develop further.
