Vyhodnocení českého podnikatelského prostředí se zaměřením na stavebnictví a porovnání se Slovenskem

Abstract

Sektor stavebníctva je jedným z odvetví, v ktorom je v dnešnej dobe evidovaný nemalý počet malých a stredných podnikateľov a významne sa podieľa na tvorbe ekonomiky. Táto práca rozoberá práve tento sektor ako indikátor z pohľadu projektu Doing Business, avšak využíva aj informácie z indikátoru založenia spoločnosti a informuje aj na základe rebríčku celého. Čitateľa oboznamuje s dôležitosťou malých a stredných podnikateľov pre ekonomiku, ale aj sektor samotný. Do kontrastu dáva štatistické údaje z jednotlivých republík a ich stavebných priemyslov. V diele sa nachádza aj porovnanie založenia spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným a zdaňovanie podielu na zisku. Práca o uvedených témach informuje, poskytuje rozdiely medzi krajinami a ukazuje na pretrvávajúce analógie v štatistikách a ich vývojoch.

The construction sector is one of the segments with a significant amount of small and medium-sized enterprises and that largely contributes to the economy. In the thesis, this sector is dissected as an indicator in the Doing Business project, but it also focuses on information from the starting a business indicator as well as provides information based on the ranking as a whole. The reader is informed about the importance of small and medium-sized businesses for both the economy and the sector itself. The thesis contrasts statistical data from the individual republics and their respective construction industries. It includes a comparison of private limited liability company establishment and corporate tax on the profit. The thesis informs about the given topics, provides contrasts between the countries and emphasizes current analogies in statistics and their developments.
