Finanční analýza malého stavebního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je teoretický přehled elementárních metod finanční analýzy a jejich aplikace na malý stavební podnik. Teoretická část práce obsahuje obecné informace o finanční analýze, účetních výkazech a samotný popis jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy. Praktická část zpracovává finanční analýzu vybraného stavebního podniku. Výsledky této analýzy jsou posléze porovnány s výsledky finanční analýzy celého odvětví. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení finanční situace analyzovaného podniku a návrh možných opatření.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical overview of elementary methods of financial analysis and their application to small construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains general information about financial analysis, financial statements and description of methods of financial analysis. The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the selected small construction company. The results of this analysis are then compared with results of financial analysis of the whole construction industry. The conclusion of thesis contains an evaluation of the financial situation of the analyzed company and proposal of possible measures.
