Vliv druhu stavebního materiálu u obvodového zdiva na konečnou cenu stavby

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je posouzení vlivu materiálu obvodového zdiva na novostavbě rodinného domu z hlediska ceny výstavby, tepelných ztrát a technologie na konečnou cenu stavby. V teoretické části jsou popsány použité druhy materiálů obvodového zdiva. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na tvorbu rozpočtu, včetně vykalkulované položky, konkrétních materiálů v programu KROS 4 a jejich porovnání. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení výhodnosti druhu materiálu obvodového zdiva dle požadavků investora.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of the impact of the kind of building materials used for exterior wall on the new building of the family house in terms of price of construction, heat losses and technology on the final price of the building structure. The theoretical part describes the used kinds of building material. The practical part is focused on budgeting, icluding the calculation, of specific materials in the KROS 4 program and their comparison. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the advantageousness of the kind of building materials for exterior wall according to the investor's requirements.
