Možnosti urychlení výstavby monolitického rámu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh vyztužení a možnosti urychlení výstavby železobetonové monolitické rámové konstrukce, která je součástí stavby sportovní haly. Práce obsahuje statický výpočet s ověřením sloupů a vazníku monolitického rámu a řešení vedení výztuže v jednotlivých konstrukčních prvcích a v rámovém rohu. Podle navrženého množství a vedení výztuže byly vyhotoveny výkresy výztuže. V další části práce jsou analyzovány vlastnosti betonové směsi, na základě kterých je navržen vhodný typ betonu pro konstrukci rámu. V poslední části práce je diskutován nejrychlejší způsob výstavby monolitického rámu, na který jsou navrženy tvary bednění a postup betonáže. Pro výpočet vnitřních sil na rámu byl vytvořen 2D a 3D model konstrukce v programu SCIA Engineer 18.1. Návrh a posouzení konstrukcí je proveden ručními návrhovými metodami. Pro posouzení sloupů je vytvořen vlastní interakční diagram pomocí programu MS Excel.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the reinforcement and possibilities of acceleration of construction of the monolithic frame structure, which is the part of the sports hall construction. The thesis includes static calculation with verification of the columns and truss of the monolithic frame and solution of reinforcement in the individual structure elements and in the frame corner. Reinforcement drawings were made according to the proposed amount and guidance of the reinforcement. In the next part there is analysis of the properties of the concrete mixture are analysed on the basis of which a suitable type of concrete is designed for the frame construction. In the last part of the thesis, the fastest way of building a monolithic frame is discussed, on which the formwork and the concreting process are designed. For the calculation of internal forces on the frame there was 2D and 3D construction model created in the SCIA Engineer 18.1. software. Design and assessment of the structures is done by manual design methods. To assess columns a custom interaction diagram is created by using MS Excel software.
