Soubor polyfunkčních objektů Masarykovo nádraží, Hybernská ulice

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce byl návrh polyfunkčního objektu v Praze na Novém městě. Tento objekt je v přímé návaznosti na Masarykovo nádraží. Objekt se nachází na rohu ulic Wilsonova, Hybernská a kolejiště nádraží. Hlavní urbanistické začlenění a návaznost na území bylo řešeno v předdiplomové práci. Záměrem diplomanta bylo navrhnout objekt s kombinací několika funkcí. Taktéž bylo cílem navrhnout stavbu, která by přinesla do města zeleň a zlepšila tak své okolí. Objekt je rozdělen na dvě části. Díky využití náměstí nad kolejiště Masarykova nádraží vznikl příjemný prostor na vychutnání kávy či oběda. Pro tyto příležitosti v 3. NP slouží kavárna a restaurace s přímou návazností na přemostění kolejiště. Celý objekt dále nabídne velkolepé komerční, administrativní a také bytové prostory. Rozmanitost funkcí a jejich řešení je tím, čím je tento objekt zajímavý. Nejen množství funkcí jsou na tomto projektu, dalším prvkem jsou zajisté fasády. Zde nalezneme venkovní fasádu tvořenou popínavou zelení mísící se s průhlednou napínanou textílií. Tato fasáda má objekt bránit a dávat mu soukromí. Zatím co fasáda otevírající se směrem k Masarykovo nádraží představuje rozmanitou skleněnou plochu kombinující se s dřevěným obkladem. Objekt představuje atypické řešení polyfunkčního domu. Tento projekt by měl představit nové možnosti stavby s ohledem na přírodu.

The subject of this thesis was the design of a multifunctional building in Prague's New Town. This building is directly connected to Masarykovo station. The building is located on the corner of Wilsonova, Hybernská and Railway Stations. The main urban integration and continuity in the area was solved in the pre-diploma work. The graduate's intention was to design an object with a combination of several functions. Also, the goal was to design a building that would bring greenery to the city and improve its surroundings. The building is divided into two parts. Thanks to the use of the landing above the Masaryk Train Station, a pleasant space for a coffee or lunch was created. For these occasions on the 3rd floor there is a café and a restaurant with a direct connection to the bridging of the yard. The whole building will also offer spectacular commercial, administrative and also residential spaces. The variety of functions and their solutions is what makes this object interesting. Not only are many features on this project, but facades are another element. Here you will find an outdoor facade made of climbing green, blending with a transparent stretched fabric. This facade is intended to defend the object and give it privacy. While the facade opening towards Masarykovo station presents a diverse glass surface combining with wooden cladding. The building represents an atypical solution of a multifunctional house. This project should introduce new building possibilities with regard to nature.
