Tvorba nového učebního textu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu nového didakticko - odborného materiálu v podobě nového učebního textu zaměřeného na realizaci zkoušek tvárnosti za studena pro 3. ročník, obor strojní mechanik (zámečník), kód a název oboru: 25-51H/01 Strojní mechanik. V teoretické části se zabývá přípravou učitele na vyučování, profilem absolventa, demonstrační metodou, demonstračním pokusem u oboru strojní mechanik (zámečník), kód a název oboru: 25-51-H/01 Strojní mechanik. V praktické části je na základě teoretických základů vytvořen nový učební text zaměřený na zkoušky tvárnosti za studena (zkoušky lámavosti, zkoušky drátu střídavým ohybem, zkoušky střídavým ohýbáním plechu a pásů, zkoušky plechů a pásů hloubením dle Erichsena, zkoušky trubek rozháněním, rozšiřováním, lemováním a smáčknutím).Při zpracování práce byla použita metoda práce: teoretické studium odborné a didaktické literatury. Byla provedena analýza dostupné literatury, učiva, kurikulárních dokumentů a dalších informačních zdrojů.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on creation of a new didactical - technical material in the form of a new teaching text aimed at realisation of testing cold metal forming by a third grade student, subject of study, machine fitter, code and name of subject of study: 25-51-H/01 Machine fitter. Theoretical part focuses on teacher's preparation for lessons, absolvent's profile, demonstration method and demonstration experiment in subject of study Machine fitter, code and name of subject of study 2151-H/01 Machine fitter. In practical part a new teaching text is formed based on theoretical foundations which specializes on trials of metal forming for a student (testing of fragility, testing of wire by alternate bending , testing by alternative bending of a metal sheet and belts, testing of metal sheets and belts by hollowing as per Erichsen, testing of pipes by drifting, widening, edging and wringing). Methods of work used to process this thesis: theoretical study technical and didactical literature. Analysis of available literature, teaching materials, kurikularni documents and other information materials were used.
