Racionalizace a normování práce profesionálních řidičů v silniční dopravě

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza trhu práce profesionálních řidičů, znormování práce řidičů a najít řešení, jak zvýšit poptávku o tuto profesi. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny pojmy související s normováním práce, pracovní podmínky a pracovní požadavky na řidiče. V praktické části se práce zabývá samotnou analýzou trhu práce, analýzou mezd řidičů, definicí náplně řidiče, kvantifikací a normováním jejich práce. V závěru jsou navržena řešení, jak by se mohl snížit nedostatek řidičů na trhu a zvýšit poptávku po této profesi.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the job market of professional drivers, to standardize the work of drivers and to find solutions to increase demand for this profession. In the theoretical part the terms related to work standardization, working conditions and working requirements of drivers are mentioned. In the practical part the job market, driver’s salaries are analyzed, , and the work content of drivers are defined, quantified and normalized. In the last chapter there are suggested solutions how to reduce the lack of drivers on the market and how to increase the demand for this profession.
