KLADNO - KONVERZE CIHELNY V AREÁLU BÝVALÉ VOJTĚŠSKÉ HUTI

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je konverze cihelny v areálu bývalé Vojtěšské huti / Huti Koněv v Kladně a návrh výzkumného centra hydroponických technologií. Projekt zkoumá možnosti adaptace původních výrobních hal a reaguje na výzvy, které před naše města a společnost staví současná doba. Navrhuji do stávajících hal umístit hlavní pěstební část výzkumného centra a s ním související doprovodný program - přednáškový sál se zázemím, studovnu, restauraci s víceúčelovým sálem a ubytováním. Před haly umisťuji dvě nové hmoty. Dlouhou "těžkou" hmotu experimentálního skleníku propojuje s původními halami "lehká" transparentní hmota laboratoří a kanceláří, která je vyzdvižena do prvního patra a umožňuje tak příčný průchod areálem. Napojení nového a původního v místě mezi dvěmi halami umožňuje flexibilně organizovat provoz všech dotčených programů.

My assignment in this diploma project is the conversion of a former brickyard in Vojtěšská huť / Huť Koněv, in the city of Kladno, to include a proposal for a research center of hydroponic technologies. The project examines the possibilities of adapting the original industry halls to give them a new, more relevant purpose, which reacts to the challenges of age to which our cities and society have to face. I propose to place the main hydroponics section of the research center - together with the lecture hall; the study-room; a restaurant and multi-purpose hall; and accommodation - in to the former halls of the old brickyard. In front of the halls, I have placed two new volumes. One is an experimental glasshouse with a long, "heavy" volume which is connected to the old halls via the transparent and "light" volume of laboratories and offices. The second volume is raised to the level of the first floor, so that the transverse passage through the plot is possible. The way that the newer and older parts of this project are connected, allows for flexible usage of its many different areas and organizes the "traffic".
