Finanční model poskytování dat ze Smart-Meteringu obci

Abstract

Tato práce analyzuje možnosti využití dat ze Smart Meteringu pro zákazníky, a to konkrétně pro obce. V úvodu práce je provedena analýza legislativy a současného stavu zavádění inteligentního měření v České republice. Dále jsou v práci řešeny a oceněny benefity, jak pro zákazníky, tak pro distributora. Následně jsou popsány možnosti technického řešení a vybráni optimální dodavatelé jednotlivých komponent technického řešení. Poslední část práce je věnována ekonomickým modelům z pohledu distributora i zákazníka včetně citlivostní analýzy nejdůležitějších parametrů.

This work analyzes possibilities of using data from Smart Metering for customers, specifically for municipalities. At the beginning of the thesis, an analysis of legislation and the current state of implementation of smart metering is performed in Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis deals with and evaluates benefits, both for customers and for the distributor. Then there are described possibilities of technical solution and chosen optimal suppliers of individual components of technical solution. The last part is devoted to economic models from the perspective of distributor and customer, including sensitivity analysis of the most important parameters.
