Využití chatbotů pro podporu výuky

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám vývojem chatbota a ověřením jeho vhodnosti pro podporu výukového procesu se zaměřením na oblast procesního řízení. V práci provádím i analýzu aktuální nabídky chatbotů na internetu, a to jak běžných chatbotů, tak chatbotů se zaměřením na vzdělávací sféru. Dále popisuji návrh mého chatbota, jeho implementaci v programu IBM Watson Assistant a testování průchodu aplikací.

The object of interest of this bachelor thesis is a development and verification of its suitability for the support of educational process with focus on the area of process engineering. This thesis offers an analysis of current offer of chatbots online, both general chatbots and chatbots focused of education. Further it offers the design of the chatbot, description of it's implementation in the IBM Watson Assistant tool and user testing.
