Podnikatelský plán na založení fitness centra

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na založení fitness centra a pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů zhodnotit realizovatelnost tohoto projektu. Samotná práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje základní pojmy související s podnikáním, založením podniku a obeznamuje čtenáře s doporučenou strukturou podnikatelského plánu. Následně je zpracována praktická část práce, která aplikuje jednotlivé části podnikatelského záměru na konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan for establishing a fitness center and using economic indicators to evaluate the feasibility of this project. The work itself is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship, starting a business and introduces the reader to the recommended structure of a business plan. Subsequently, the practical part of the thesis is applied, which applies the individual parts of the business plan to a specific business subject.
