Jsou testovány dvourovnicové (k-e, k-ev) a vícerovnicové modely turbulence (Transition k-kl-oi, Transition SST, Reynolds Stress Mode/) a dva modely radiace (Surface-ž- surface, Discrete Ordina/es). Následuje studie způsobů sdílení tepla, a to pomocí dvou okrajových podmínek - pomocí konstantní teploty a konstantního fixního toku na povrchu virtuálního člověka. The indoor environment and its irnpact on human is a cornplex issue. The human interacts with his surrounding all the time and represents a heat source and a source of contaminants such as carbon dioxide produced by breathing, viruses or particle matters. The indoor environment also influenccs hurnans hcalth. work productivity and psychical comfort. Due to these facts it is necessary to have a good knowledge of ongoing rnechanisms in the indoor environrnent, that allows to optirnize the final state. There are several possibilities of studying the indoor environrnent, e.g. the measurement in-situ, the laboratory experiment or the numerical simulation. This thesis is focused on modelling person in the indoor environrnent using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The first part of thesis deals with theory of indoor environment - the main parts of the indoor environrnent, its influence on human and some of the evaluating methods. This part also describes the interaction of hurnan and his environment such as heat transfer, breathing and pollutants transfer. Second part of the thesis contains the modelling using software ANSYS Fluent. The model of hurnan is defined based on the experiment provided by Tokyo University. The two-equations (k-e, k-ev) and multi-equations iTransition k-k/-ev, Traf/si/ion SST, Reyno/ds Stress Model) turbulence models are tested as well as two models ofradiation (Surface-ě-Surface, Discrete Ordinatesv. The two ways ofheat transfer modelling are studied - a fixed temperature and a fixed heat flux on the virtual manikin surface. The end of the practical part is focused on the solution that represents the replacernent of the radiation model by the heat flux on the surrounding walls. AII of the results of the simulations are compared with aforesaid experiment and by Root Mean Squared Error and Mean Absolute Error. The goal of the thesis is the verified numerical model of hurnan and the general recommendations for modelling similar cases. The possibilities of extension and the application of the model are discussed in the end of the thesis. The final model can be used for the indoor air quality evaluation, the study ing of cross-infection risk, the thermal cornfort and study ofthe air flow in special spaces, where the rneasurernent is not possible.
