Komplexní hodnocení investice do anesteziologického přístroje metodou Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Tématem práce je deskripce možnosti využití metody Balanced Scorecard jako nástroje pro zhodnocení nákupu anesteziologického přístroje pro pracoviště operačního sálu kliniky anesteziologie a resuscitace Kardiocentra vybraného poskytovatele. Cílem metody je dosáhnout stanovených cílů v každé ze čtyř oblastí: 1. vnitřní procesy, 2. učení a růst, 3. finanční a 4. zákaznická perspektiva. První oblast se týká nákupu přístroje a zhodnocení jeho bezpečnosti. Druhá se zabývá hodnocením školení zaměstnanci zjištěné anketním dotazováním. Třetí oblast pracuje s mechanismem výpočtu nákladů ohledně přístroje. Čtvrtá pomocí anketního dotazování hodnotí zkušenosti uživatelů s anesteziologickými přístroji. Při nákupu přístroje nemá být hlavním parametrem jeho cena. Školení k zakoupeným přístrojům a hodnocení jejich používání je personálem hodnoceno pozitivně. Práce obsahuje také stručný popis investic ve zdravotnictví ve vybraných zemích světa, v České republice a vybraných parametrů anesteziologických přístrojů. V závěru se uvádí přínosy z použití metody Balanced Scorecard, která zohledňuje požadavky pracoviště při vyhodnocení nákupu přístroje.

The topic of the thesis is the description of the possibility of using the Balanced Scorecard method as a tool for evaluation of the purchase of anesthesia device for the workplace of the operating room of the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Clinic of the Cardiac Center of selected provider. The aim of the method is to achieve the objectives set in each of four areas: 1. internal processes, 2. learning and growth, 3. financial and 4. customer perspective. The first is to purchase the device and evaluate its security. The second deals with the assessment of employee training as determined by poll questioning. The third area works with a device costing mechanism. The fourth, using survey polls, evaluates the experience of users with an anesthesia devices. The price shouldn´t be the main parameter when buying a device. The training of the device and evaluation of its use is evaluated positively by staff. The thesis also contains a brief description of the healthcare investments in selected countries of the world and in the Czech Republic and selected parameters of anesthesia devices. Finally, the benefits of using the method Balanced Scorecard that takes into account the requirements of the workplace to evaluate the purchase of a device.
