Rekonstrukce historických fasád

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je problematika rekonstrukcí historických fasád. Zabývá se historickým vývojem, tradičními materiály a tradičními pracovními postupy. Popisuje, jakým způsobem dnes probíhá průběh prací při rekonstrukci. Pozornost je věnována také oblasti památkové péče. Práce se zabývá i možnostmi ocenění obnovovacích prací v software Kros 4 a Buildpower S a ověřuje, zda se směrné ceny z těchto programů přibližují cenám na stavebním trhu. Pro některé specifické práce na rekonstrukcích historických fasád, které nejsou oceněny v uvedených programech, jsou vytvořeny cenové ukazatele pro orientační odhad nákladů.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the issue of reconstruction of historical facades. It deals with the historical development, traditional materials and traditional working procedures. It describes how the reconstruction is made today. It is also focused on the area of heritage preservation. The thesis deals with the possibilities of evaluation of reconstruction works in software Kros 4 and Buildpower S and verifies whether the prices from these programs are approximately matching the construction market prices. For some specific reconstruction works, that are not valued in the above programs, price indicators are created in case indicative cost estimates are needed.
