Stanovení nákladů životního cyklu betonových mostů

Abstract

V teoretické části této práce je představena historie mostního stavitelství a vysvětlena je mostní terminologie. V rámci teoretické části je provedena základní analýza problematiky životního cyklu staveb, struktura nákladů životního cyklu včetně skladby a stanovení. Je popsána životnost staveb, na které životní cyklus závisí. V praktické části jsou využity poznatky z teoretické části za účelem stanovení nákladů životního cyklu pro tři betonové mosty od pořízení mostu po jeho demolici. Pro stanovení nákladů během provozu mostu byly vytvořeny dvě varianty pro zvýšení ekonomické efektivity.

In theoretical part of this thesis is presented the history of bridge construction and bridge terminology is explained. Within the theoretical part is performed a basic analysis of the lifecycle problems of buildings, life cycle cost structure including composition and determination. There is described the lifespan of the buildings for which the life cycle depends. In the practical part, the findings from the theoretical part are used to determine life cycle costs for three concrete bridges from the acquisition of the bridge to its demolition. In order to determine the costs during bridge operation, two options were created to increase economic efficiency.
