Bankrotní modely a jejich využití ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je teoretické a praktické zpracování tématu využití bankrotních modelů ve stavebnictví. Nejdříve jsou popsány teoretická východiska o bankrotu a finanční analýze. Hlavní část práce se věnuje popisu bankrotních modelů a metod sloužících pro jejich vytvoření, zejména lineární diskriminační analýzy, logistické analýzy, probit analýzy a neuronovými sítěmi. Dále jsou popsány specifika bankrotu ve stavebnictví. V praktické části je vyhodnocena spolehlivost vybraných bankrotních modelů na vzorku stavebních firem působících v České republice.

The subject of master thesis is theoretical and practical elaboration of the topic of application of bankruptcy models in the construction business. Theoretical basics about bankruptcy and financial analysis are described first. The main part of the thesis deals with the description of bankruptcy models and methods used for their creation, especially linear discriminant analysis, logistic regression, probit analysis and neural networks. Furthermore, the specifics of bankruptcy in construction business are described. The practical part contains evaluation of reliability of selected bankruptcy models on a sample of construction companies operating in Czech Republic.
