Časové plánování stavebních projektů

Abstract

Tato práce má za cíl obeznámit čtenáře s obecným časovým průběhem stavební zakázky v soukromém sektoru developerského projektu z pohledu zúčastněných stran, kterými jsou - investor, hlavní inženýr projektu a generální dodavatel. Práce demonstruje rozdílné potřeby a pohledy zúčastněných a zároveň poukazuje na teorii tvorby časových norem, metodiky časového plánování a tvorbu samotných časových plánů. Dále popisuje časový průběh realizace konkrétní zakázky v soukromém sektoru dle zúčastněných stran, analyzuje její časový průběh a poukazuje na rozdíly mezi teorií a stavební praxí v kombinaci s nynější situací na českém trhu.

This diploma thesis aims to familiarize the reader with the general timing of private and developer construction contracts from the point of view of the stakeholders - the investor, the main engineer of the project and the general contractor. The diploma thesis demonstrates the different needs and perspectives of the participants. At the same time thesis points to the theory of time standards, time planning methodology and time schedules themselves. It also describes the timing of a particular contract in the private sector from the point of view of the stakeholders, analyzes its time course and points out the differences between theory and building practice in combination with the current situation on the Czech market.
