Návrh administrativní budovy s důrazem na energetickou náročnost

Abstract

Cílem této práce byla optimalizace zadání (studii) administrativní budovy z hlediska energetické náročnosti (minimalizace energie na vytápění), vytvoření vybraných částí projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení na optimalizovanou variantu řešení obálky budovy, předběžným statickým výpočtem stanovení základních dimenzí hlavních nosných konstrukčních prvků budovy a zpracování základního konceptu TZB - konkrétně větrání, vytápění a chlazení. Součástí práce je návrh obvodového pláště ve čtyřech materiálových variantách a jejich srovnání z hlediska vážené stavební neprůzvučnosti. Dále je v práci uvedeno vyhodnocení variant návrhu velikosti okenních otvorů (výšek oken) z hlediska energetické náročnosti budovy – průměrného součinitele prostupu tepla budovy a potřeby tepla na vytápění a chlazení, s cílem přiblížit se v maximální míře pasivnímu standardu. V práci je zahrnuto koncepční řešení z hlediska požární bezpečnosti. Projektová dokumentace byla vypracována pro vybranou materiálovou variantu. Diplomová práce se také zabývá navržením důležitých konstrukčních detailů, z nichž dva jsou i ověřeny z hlediska jejich tepelně technického chování (ve 2D teplotním poli).

The aim of this work was to optimize the assignment (study) of the office building in terms of energy intensity (minimization of energy for heating), to create selected parts of the project documentation for building permit for the optimized version of the building envelope solution, preliminary static calculation of the basic dimensions of the main structural elements of the building and to work basic concept of its building services – namely ventilation, heating and cooling. Part of this work are four material design of the building external cladding and their evaluation of weighed building sound insulation. In addition, the thesis evaluates the varinats of the design window´s sizes (window heights) in terms of the energy performance of the building - the average coefficient of heat permeability and energy needs for heating and cooling in order to approximate the maximum passive standard. Part of this work includes conceptual solutions in the field of fire safety. The project is elaborated for the final material variant. Also the diploma thesis deals with the design of important construction details, two of which are verified in terms of their thermal technique behaviour.
