Návrh rekonstrukce hospodářské usedlosti v České Třebové

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové je návrh rekonstrukce hospodářské usedlosti na bydlení. První fází je zakreslení stávajícího stavu objektu. Poté zjištění zdroje poruch a následných degra-dací, které vznikají na konstrukcích. V další fází je laboratorní průzkum na množství vlhkosti a salinity ve vzorcích, které byly odebrány na stavbě v porušených konstruk-cích. Dále se navrhne způsob sanace a opatření na poškozené části konstrukcí. Jako po-slední část je návrh dosud již neobydleného podkroví a zlepšení tepelně i vlhkostních vlastností konstrukcí. Součástí této práce je výkresová dokumentace.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a reconstruction of the farmhouse. In the first part there is a drawing of current state of the building. Then all sources of deficien-cies and subsequent degradation that arise on the structures are identified. In the next phase is a laboratory survey on the amount of moisture and salinity in the samples taken at the construction site in broken structures. In the next part of diploma thesis a method of remediation and measures for damaged parts of structures is proposed. The last secti-on is the proposal of the already unoccupied attic and the improvement of the thermal and moisture properties of the structures. Part of this work is drawing documentation.
