Přestavba sýpky v Plaňanech

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je přestavba barokní sýpky v Plaňanech na společensko-kulturní sál a kavárnu. Nevyužitelnost historických objektů, zejména hospodářských, je v současnosti velmi aktuálním problémem. Na jedné straně stojí demolice starého a stavba nového, na druhé přestavba. Tato práce se zabývá přestavbou, která respektuje historický vývoj stavby, a zároveň se snaží vyhovět dnešním požadavkům na provoz budov s využitím technických možností. Cílem je ukázat jedno z mnoha možných řešení přestaveb v závislosti na funkci, provozu a technických možnostech. V práci je navržena změna funkce - ze sýpky na společensko-kulturní sál a kavárnu. V první části se práce zabývá především stávajícím stavem. Většina přestavovaných objektů je v havarijním stavu a je proto je nutné stavbu obnovit, přestavět. Dále vychází práce z požadavku obce a jejích obyvatel na změnu využití sýpky. Na základě těchto počátečních údajů je v práci zpracována studie, v této fázi se navrhuje přístavba ke stávajícímu objektu, její funkce a konstrukční řešení. Kromě konstrukčního řešení nové přístavby jsou v práci navrženy nové vnitřní konstrukce starého objektu, případně sanace starých konstrukcí. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny tepelné ztráty objektu a potřeba tepla na vytápění, která je nutná pro nový provoz v sýpce. Na základě těchto výpočtů je koncepčně navrženo technické řešení budovy, a to především vytápění a větrání. V této diplomové práci je navržena jedna z mnoha možností, jak přistupovat ke starým nevyužívaným objektům a jak navrhnout optimální, konstrukční, materiálové a technického řešení těchto staveb.

The main theme of this thesis is a reconstruction of a baroque granary in Plaňany to a socio-cultural hall and a café. The unusability of historical objects, especially farm ones, is currently a very topical issue. There is a demolition of an old object and constructing a new one on one hand, and a reconstruction of the object on the second. This work deals with the reconstruction, which respects the historical development of the building, and tries to meet cotemporary requirements for the operation of buildings using technical possibilities at the same time. The goal is to show one of many possible reconstruction solutions depending on it's function, operation and technical options. The thesis proposes a change of the building's function - from a granary to a social-cultural hall and a café. In the first part, the thesis deals mainly with the current state. Most of the objects that are rebuilt are in a critical state and therefore it is necessary to restore, rebuild them. Furthermore, the work is based on the requirement of the village and its inhabitants to change the use of the granary. Based on this initial information a study was conducted, at this stage the extension is planned out, along with its function and constructional solution. In addition to the constructional solution of the new extention, there are new internal structure designes of the old object, or there is proposed a rehabilitation of the old construstions. At the end of the work, the building's heat losses and the heat demand that is necessary for the new operation in the granary is determined. Based on these calculations, the technical solution of the building is designed conceptually, especially heating and ventilation. This master thesis proposes one of the many possibilities of approaching to old unused objects and how to design optimal, structural, material and technical solutions of these buildings.
