Renovace roubeného domu v Jizerských horách na energeticky efektivní stavbu

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je renovace dřevěného roubeného objektu, který se nachází v Jizerských horách. Odstranění stavebních poruch, závad a zabránění jejich opětovnému vzniku. Pochopení dřívějšího provozu, uzpůsobení dispozic a provozu objektu, aby bylo dosaženo maximálního komfortu pro obyvatele chalupy. S tím je spojený návrh nuceného větrání a návrh otopné soustavy. Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhu rekreační objektu, který bude představovat kompromis mezi pohodlím člověka a zachováním historie chalupy, bude splňovat požadavky na budovu s nízkou energetickou náročností provozu a zároveň bude respektovat její vzhled, historii a tradici. Práce si dále dává za cíl nalézt kompromis mezi dnešními náročnými požadavky na stavby a tradiční výstavbou roubených horských chalup a přispívat k udržitelnému rozvoji. Tato práce má najít rovnováhu mezi ústupkem člověka před historicky cennou stavbou a ústupkem stavby před dnešními stavebními nároky a tím zajistit zdravé a pohodlné bydlení.

The objective of the thesis/paper is the renovation of wooden timber framed house used as a recreational building located in Jizerské hory.
