Řízení kvality v projektech liniových staveb

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma Řízení kvality v projektech liniových staveb se zaměřuje na analýzu způsobu hodnocení kvality stavebních děl. Popisuje řízení kvality liniových staveb jak z pohledu investora, tak z pohledu zhotovitele. V první části práce je představen systém jakosti v oboru pozemních komunikací z pohledu investora. Práce vysvětluje požadavky na kvalitu výsledné stavby, tak jak je vidí Ministerstvo dopravy ČR a Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na řízení kvality liniových staveb z pohledu zhotovitele, kterým je EUROVIA CS, a. s. Představuje systém řízení kvality využívaný ve výše zmíněné společnosti a uvádí postup zajištění kvality prováděných prací od převzetí staveniště po předání stavby investorovi. Hlavním bodem druhé části je popis tvorby závěrečné zprávy kvality staveb s následným přehledem problémů vznikajících při jejich přípravě a návrhů jejich řešení.

The diploma thesis on Quality management in construction liner projects is focused on description of the methods of evaluation of construction works. The attention is devoted to quality management both from the perspective of the investor and the contractor's view. The first part of the thesis deals with quality management system in the field of road communications from the perspective of the investor. The thesis describes requirements for the resulting construction given by Ministry of Transport of Czech Republic and by Directorate of Roads and Motorways of Czech Republic. In the second part the thesis focuses on the quality control of liner constructions from point of the view of the contractor, which is EUROVIA CS, a. s. The thesis represents a quality management system used in this company and describes the procedure of assurance of the quality of construction works from taking over the construction site till handing over the finished structure to the investor. The main point of the second part of the thesis is creation of the final construction report with an overview of the problems that may arise during the creation of the report such as suggestions of the solutions.
