Využití zelených střech v bytové a průmyslové výstavbě

Abstract

Náplní diplomové práce je aktuální téma zelených střech, které se řeší u obchodních center, průmyslových hal, ale také u rodinných objektů, a to i přes to, že daná plocha není tak rozsáhlá, jako například u zmiňovaných hal či obchodních center. První polovina diplomové práce je zaměřena na historii zelených střech, jak ve světě, tak i v České republice, dále na jejich vývoj, jakým směrem směřují a jaký mají dopad na společnost (pomocí dotazníku). Druhá polovina diplomové práce se zabývá odbornými tepelně technickými požadavky zelených střech, ekonomickým návrhem a posouzením standardních střech (plochá, šikmá) a zelenými střechami (plochá, šikmá).

The thesis is focused on a topical issue of green roofs, which are dealt with in connection with commercial centres, shopping malls, industrial halls as well as family buildings, despite the fact that such area is not as extensive as the abovementioned premises. The first part of the study investigates the history of green roofs in the world and in the Czech Republic. It also deals with the green roofs development, the direction they are aimed at, and last but not least, it reviews their impact on society (by means of a questionnaire). Additionally, the thesis explores the thermal-technical requirements of green roofs, their economical design and assessment of standard roofs (flat, sloped) and green roofs (flat, sloped).
