Finanční ukazatele vybraných stavebních společností a srovnání s průměrnými ukazateli z jiných odvětví

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou velkých stavebních společností v České republice a jejich specifiky ve finančních ukazatelích. V rámci teoretické části je nejprve uveden přehled z použité odborné literatury, dále metodika praktické části, a nakonec jsou formulována specifika finančních ukazatelů stavebních společností. Praktická část se věnuje finanční analýze největších zlínských stavebních společností včetně jejich porovnání s oborovým okolím, a následně srovnání finančních ukazatelů největších stavebních podniků v České republice a největších podniků všech tuzemských nefinančních odvětví. Na základě vyhodnocení všech zjištěných poznatků z dílčích finančních analýz a porovnání jsou v závěru identifikována aktuální specifika finančních ukazatelů velkých českých stavebních společností.

This diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of large construction companies in the Czech Republic and their specifics in financial indicators. Within the theoretical part is first presented an overview of the applied literature, the methodology of the practical part, and finally the specifics of the financial indicators of the construction companies are formulated. The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the largest construction companies in Zlín region, including their comparison with the business environment, and then the comparison of the financial indicators of the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic and the largest enterprises of all domestic non-financial sectors. Based on the evaluation of all the findings from the partial financial analyzes and the comparisons, the current specifics of the financial indicators of the large Czech construction companies are identified.
