Metody měření teploty v betonu vystaveném vysokým teplotám

Abstract

Cílem této práce je popis současného stavu poznání v oblasti měření vnitřní teploty v betonu za vysokých teplot a zároveň rozšíření oblasti znalostí v experimentálním měření. V úvodní části se práce zaměřuje na procesy vznikající v betonu za zvýšených teplot. Je zde vysvětlena právě důležitost měření teplot v souvislosti s vlhkostí a pórovým tlakem. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na problematiku měření teploty. Je zde vysvětlen princip měření termočlánky, konstrukce celého vodiče a jeho částí, základní vlastnosti, typy termočlánků, pravidla pro použití a pravidla pro rozmístění termočlánků v betonových deskách a nosnících. Praktická část této diplomové práce se zabývá návrhem betonového vzorku včetně vlastní výroby fixačních výrobků pro uchycení termočlánků. Dále pak je uveden popis experimentu samotného a dochází k zahřívání betonového kvádru a získávání naměřených dat. V závěru se pak nachází porovnání naměřených dat s hodnotami vypočtenými programem a vyhodnocení měření.

The aim of the thesis is to summarize the previous research in the field of measuring the interior temperature in concrete exposed to high temperatures as well as to bring some new findings to experimental measuring. The first part focuses on the process that occurs in concrete during an exposure to high temperatures. Furthermore, the importance of measuring temperature in connection to humidity and pore pressure is explained. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of measuring temperature while explaining the principle of measuring with thermocouples, the construction of the whole conductor and its parts, its basic features, the types of thermocouples, the rules for its use and the rules for distributing the thermocouples in concrete boards and girders. The practical part of the thesis discusses the layout of a sample, as well as the creation of fixative devices for the attachment of the thermocouples. Furthermore, experiment is described on and the concrete block is heated and data are measured. At the end values are compared with mathematical program and data are evaluated.
