Stávající možnosti řešení mimořádných epidemiologických situací

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mimořádnými epidemiologickými situacemi a jejich řešením v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejvýznamnější infekční agens, která představují závažné ohrožení veřejného zdraví. Jsou uvedeny jejich původci, šíření, klinický obraz, možná prevence a léčba. Dále je uvedena legislativa České republiky vztahující se k řešení epidemiologických situací. V práci jsou popsány úkoly a postupy jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému a orgánů ochrany veřejného zdraví při mimořádné události s výskytem vysoce nakažlivé nemoci. V praktické části jsou podrobně popsána dvě prověřovací cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému na výskyt Eboly, včetně jejich vyhodnocení. Pomocí SWOT analýzy je zhodnocena připravenost zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje na mimořádnou událost.

This diploma thesis deals with extraordinary epidemiological situations and their management in the integrated rescue system. The theoretical part describes the most important infectious agents, which represent a serious threat to public health. The thesis presents their sources, spread, the clinical picture, the possible prevention and the treatment. Further, the legislation of the Czech Republic on the management of epidemiological situations is mentioned. The thesis describes the tasks and procedures of the individual components of the integrated rescue system and the public health protection authorities in an emergency with the occurrence of a highly contagious disease. Two drill of the integrated rescue system for the occurrence of Ebola, including their evaluation, are described in detail in the practical part. The SWOT analysis evaluates the preparedness of the medical rescue service of the Liberec region for a special event.
