Pyrotechnická zátěž území České republiky, související rizika a asanace

Abstract

Abstrakt: Diplomová práce se zabývá systematickým popisem pyrotechnické zátěže území České republiky. Pro tvorbu popisu jsou použity záznamy policejních pyrotechniků o nálezech munice a výbušnin. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na současný stav a možnosti sanace pyrotechnické zátěže. Popisuje rizika vyplývající z nebezpečných vlastností munice a výbušnin a způsoby, kterými je možné tato rizika omezit. Je zde popsána základní legislativa související s municí a výbušninami. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zpracování údajů metodou explorační analýzy EDA. Práce popisuje oblasti se zvýšeným výskytem pyrotechnické zátěže a statisticky významné okolnosti nálezů. Výsledky analýzy jsou promítnuty do mapových podkladů na úrovni krajů a okresů. Výsledkem práce je také vytvoření interaktivního systému mapování a analýzy pyrotechnické zátěže. Hlavním přínosem práce je vytvoření mapy pyrotechnické zátěže České republiky a návrh způsobu jejího dalšího doplňování a zpřesňování.

Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the systematic description of the environment burdens of the Czech Republic territory caused by unexploded ammunition. The records of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal police team of findings of unexploded ammunition and explosives are used to create the description. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the current state and possibilities of decontamination of the environmental burdens caused by unexploded ammunition. The thesis describes the risks arising from the hazardous properties of ammunition and explosives and the ways in which these risks can be reduced. Basic Czech legislation related to ammunition and explosives is described too. The practical part of the thesis is focused on data processing using the EDA exploratory analysis method. The thesis describes areas with increased incidence of environment burdens caused by unexploded ammunition and the statistically significant circumstances of the findings. The results of the analysis are reflected in maps at the level of regions and districts. The result of the thesis is also the creation of an interactive system of mapping and analysis of the environment burdens caused by unexploded ammunition. The main benefit of the thesis is the creation of a map of this dangerous environment burdens of the Czech Republic territory and a proposal for the way of its further replenishment and refinement.
