Vybrané etické aspekty řešení mimořádných události složkami IZS ve zdravotnickém zařízení typu LDN

Abstract

Diplomová práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku zásahů složek integrovaného záchranného systému ve zdravotnických zařízeních poskytujících následnou lůžkovou péči pacientům geriatrického věku. Jsou zde popsány etické aspekty související s geriatrickým pacientem, samotné řešení mimořádných událostí složkami IZS se zaměřením na etické aspekty, včetně legislativy, ze které vychází, specifikace zdravotnických zařízení s lůžky následné péče, společně s charakteristikou zde hospitalizovaných pacientů a faktorů ovlivňujících řešení zde vzniklých mimořádných událostí. Práce hodnotí současný stav fungování složek IZS při zásazích ve specifickém prostředí s důrazem na dodržování etického chování. Byla provedena SWOT analýza etického chování příslušníků, členů a zaměstnanců složek IZS při zásahu, podpořený sběrem informací, získaných vlastním pozorování prověřovacího cvičení složek IZS v LDN a informací ze zápisu tohoto cvičení. Dále byly použity metody komparace a syntézy zjištěných dat a literárních zdrojů. Podstatou řešení byla analýza dané problematiky a zpracování návrhu komplexního opatření pro řešení této problematiky, která je hlavním cílem a závěrem této práce. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že se jedná o velmi aktuální problematiku a je třeba ji dále rozvíjet, tak aby byly etické normy dodržovány na maximální možné úrovni. Návrh komplexního opatření problematiky zásahu složek IZS v zařízení typu LDN předkládá návrhy, jak danou problematiku efektivněji řešit a přiblížit praxi.

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the problems of interventions of the integrated rescue system components in medical facilities providing subsequent inpatient care to elderly patients. The ethical aspects related to elderly patients, the dealing with extraordinary situations by IRS components with a focus on ethical aspects, including the legislation on which it is based, specifications of health care facilities with subsequent inpatient care beds, together with the characteristics of inpatients and factors influencing the solution of the emergencies occurring there, are presented here. The thesis assesses the current state of IRS components work at interventions in a specific environment with an emphasis on ethical behavior. A SWOT analysis of ethical behavior of IRS components at intervention was carried out, supported by the collection of information obtained by self-observation of IRS training at the long-term care facility as well as the information from the official record from the training. In addition, methods of comparison and synthesis of the collected data and literary sources were used. The essence of the solution was the analysis of the given issue and the elaboration of the proposal of a comprehensive measure to address this issue, which is the main objective of the conclusion of this thesis. The research revealed that this is a very topical issue which needs to be further developed, so that ethical standards are complied with at the maximum possible level. The proposal for a comprehensive action with regard to the issue of IRS interventions in facilities providing long-term care presents suggestions on how to address the issue more efficiently and bring it closer to practice.
