Vývojové trendy trestné činnosti příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů České republiky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou páchání trestné činnosti příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů České republiky, kteří jsou vymezeny zákonem č. 361/2003 Sb., o příslušnících bezpečnostních sborů. Tento zkoumaný vzorek je zúžen na problematiku sborů spadajících do jurisdikce Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů. Metodika výzkumné části je provedena formou analýzy, s využitím statistických metod, která dokládají a porovnávají získaná vstupní data. Dále je použita kazuistika k demonstrování reálných nejčastěji páchaných trestných činů příslušníků. V neposlední řadě jsou komparovány vývojové trendy trestné činnosti příslušníků jednotlivých bezpečnostních sborů. V práci je podrobně zdokumentována trestná činnost páchaná jednotlivými příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů, vztažená k vlastnostem a charakteru pachatele a konkrétnímu trestnému činu. Proto je na základě zjištěných informací stanoven typický pachatel - příslušník jednotlivého bezpečnostního sboru.

This diploma thesis analyses criminal activities committed by members of the security forces of the Czech Republic, as defined by Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on Members of Security Forces. Specifically, the thesis focuses on the forces that fall within the jurisdiction of the General Inspection of Security Forces. In terms of methodology the research part employs analysis techniques, using statistical methods that verify and compare the input data obtained. In addition, the thesis contains case studies to demonstrate the actual crimes most frequently committed by members of the security forces. Last but not least, the thesis compares trends and developments in criminal activities committed by members of the individual security forces. The thesis documents in detail the criminal activities committed by the individual members of security forces, in relation to the character traits and personality of the perpetrator and to the specific crime. Based on the established information the thesis describes a typical perpetrator - member of a specific security force.
