Skladování chemických látek z pohledu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku skladování chemických látek z pohledu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Teoretická část je věnována definicím důležitých pojmů a též právní úpravě problematiky. Právní úprava je rozdělena na předpisy upravující problematiku chemických látek a na oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V teoretické části je dále popsán systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v podniku Synthesia, a.s., především je toto téma zaměřené na skladování chemických látek. V praktické části byla provedena modelová situace úniku chloru za pomocí programu ALOHA. Pro pochopení úlohy a účinnosti kontrol v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci zaměstnanců zajišťujících skladování chemických látek byl proveden řízený rozhovor s pracovníky Oblastního inspektorátu práce v Hradci Králové. Multikriteriální analýza posloužila k vyhodnocení úrovně rizik při skladování chloru v podniku Synthesia, a.s.. Pro přehled silných a slabých stránek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců při skladování chloru v uvedeném podniku a též k zdůraznění hrozeb a příležitostí pro zefektivnění tohoto systému posloužila SWOT analýza. K ověření stanovených hypotéz posloužily výsledky získané v praktické části diplomové práce. V diskuzi byly jednotlivé výsledky interpretovány a též porovnány s výsledky jiného autora.

This thesis is focused on the issue of chemical substances storage from the viewpoint of health and safety at work. The theoretical part is dedicated to definitions of important concepts as well as to legal regulation of the issue. The legal regulation is divided into regulations adjusting the issue of chemical substances and safety and health issues at work. In the theoretical part is also described the system of health and safety at work in company Synthesia, a.s.. In particular, this topic is focused on the issues of storage of chemical substances. In the practical part, a model of chlorine leakage was performed using the ALOHA program. In order to understand the role and effectiveness of inspections in the occupational safety and health of workers in storage of chemicals, were interviewed the employees of the Regional Labor Inspectorate in Hradec Králové. Multi-criteria analysis has been used to evaluate the level of risk of chlorine storage at Synthesia, a.s.. For an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of safety and health protection of workers in the storage of chlorine in that company, as well as the emphasis on threats and opportunities for streamlining this system, has been provided by the SWOT analysis. For verify established hypotheses served the results obtained in the practical part of the thesis. In the discussion, the individual results were interpreted and compared with the results of another author.
